This approval form must be submitted to the Superintendent’s Office at least ten days in advance of the desired distribution date - flyers will not be considered if not submitted ten days prior. All copies will be provided by the requestor. Once approved, you will be notified where to drop of printed flyers for distribution.

You will be notified regardless of outcome. If approved, you may then distribute flyers to one or more buildings. Each building will be notified as well of approved flyers, and will not distribute flyers with approval from BOE.
