Hello to you cool people! We are excited to offer another year of a 4-day sleep away camp at Camp Mattole! Please read this important information before you fill out your registration request.

This form is a registration request. It is a first step and does not mean your camper is registered for North Star Quest (NSQ) Camp 2024.  After you complete it, the NSQ registrar will be reaching out to you to confirm your registration and ask any follow up questions.  

* NSQ is for campers entering the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grades in September 2024
*Camp is located located at Camp Mattole in Petrolia, CA
* Camp costs $595 for each camper, but we never turn a camper away because of inability to pay. There is an optional Scholarship and Payment Plan form at the end of this form. Refund deadline is two weeks prior to camp start date.
* Camp is a safe and protected space for all campers.  All are welcome here.
* All information provided through this form is kept confidential

NSQ Camp 2024 Dates (*PLEASE NOTE DIFFERENT DATES DEPENDING ON GRADE*):

~Grades 6 & 7 ONLY: July 21-25, 2024
Campers MUST ARRIVE on Sunday, July 21 between 3:00-3:30 pm and MUST BE PICKED UP Thurs, July 25. Arrive between 10:00-10:30 am and plan to stay until 1:00 pm

~Grades 8 & 9 ONLY: July 28-August 1, 2024
Campers MUST ARRIVE on Sunday, July 28 between 3:00-3:30 pm and MUST BE PICKED UP Thurs,  August 1. Arrive between 10:00-10:30 am and plan to stay until 1:00 pm
