INTRODUCTION
The following questionnaire was created to assist SIX NATIONS OF THE GRAND RIVER TERRITORY in understanding SIX NATIONS youth’s experiences when trying to find a job or start a small business.

The information gathered will provide understanding of the employment and training needs of SIX NATIONS YOUTH (on-reserve and off-reserve). Any personal information you provide will be used solely for our community leaders, service providers, employers, grassroots service providers and community to empower our youth to succeed.
