Member Concern Form
Use this form to tell the Membership Committee about a problem you are having with another member. This might include:

- An uncomfortable or inappropriate relationship/ social dynamic that you have with another member.
- A clashing of lifestyle between yourself and another member
- An interaction with another member that made you feel unwelcome or threatened here at the Co-op
-A concern that you have over another member breaking the rules or encouraging the breaking of the rules.

Mem-Com's duty is to arbitrate between members in all of the cases listed above, however if the situation looks like it may call for external legal action, we may have to work with or even refer the case to the BOD.

If you believe the situation to be especially sensitive you may request, in your description of the case, for all proceedings and deliberation to be held in executive session, this means that only Mem-Com members and the BOD president, would be allowed to know the details of the situation. We are happy to do this, so if you are worried, then please don't hesitate.

Please be aware that depending on the context not all member cases can be solved immediately, while we aim to work with haste, we have to do our do-diligence and talk to all parties involved, follow proper proceedings, and take time to make a thoughtful and responsible decision.

You will first be asked for some personal identification info, then be given a field to fill out your concern. Please feel free to link any relevant photos, or if the text is especially long, a pdf of your report.

We are here for you and want to make the Co-op a comfortable place for all of it's members, please reach out.
