Welcome to Thompson!  The PTO is an all-volunteer group of parents and teachers committed to enhancing your child’s experience at Thompson.

What does the PTO do?  The primary goal of the PTO is to enrich and supplement the education and experience of all Thompson students during their time at the school. We do this by supporting enrichment during the school day (we provide all funds for field trips including entrance fees and bus costs) and through community-building events in the evenings or on weekends (we create community and/or fundraising events to support our enrichment goals).

All of our events are parent run!  We rely on the volunteers within the school community to make these wonderful community building experiences come alive!  We have volunteer opportunities of all shapes and sizes - you can run an event or work for one hour at an event, you can volunteer during the day, evenings, and/or weekends, and you can volunteer to work at the school or at home on your own time.  

Please note:  We hold PTO meetings on the second Wednesday of every month from 7 to 9pm in the Thompson Library.  All parents are invited to attend.  You are all automatically members of the PTO!  Thank you in advance.
