Old Main Art Vendor Application
Event Date: April 5, 2019

Items offered for sale must be original work of the Artist and must be representative of that described in the application. Original artwork is defined as both handmade and/or the repurposing of items which results in the creation of new and unique works of art. No factory made items are permitted. Items containing collegiate or organizational logos and emblems are not allowed. Juried selection of artists is based on creativity, quality, and originality.

Only Artists accompanying their original work may participate in the festival. All work and other booth materials must be loaded in during the designated time, and booth displays must remain intact until the show ends. Artisans should be prepared for inclement weather conditions such as wind or rain. Each booth must be manned at all times during the festival.

Booth size is 12‘x12’. One table will be provided. Artisans must provide their own tent or booth structures, which should not exceed the allotted space. Old Main Art Market is not responsible for the loss or damage of items.

Booth space may be shared by a maximum of two artists. One application should be completed. The Main Contact Artist will receive notification letter and booth package. Each artist must submit images of their work. Artists may purchase more than one booth.

A fee of $20.00 (by cash or check) is required for acceptance.

Each artist is required to submit five (5) high resolution JPEG images on a CD showing a representation of the items to be for sale at the festival. The CD must be labeled with the artist’s name, phone number, and email address. JPEG images should be less than 2 MB in size, 1920 pixels longest side. Online submissions will have the ability to submit images digitally.

Acceptance is at the discretion of the Music Maker Panel of Jurors and is based on information submitted. Incomplete entries will not be considered.

Music Maker Productions may request removal of any items that differ from the application submitted and accepted, or any items or displays that are inappropriate to the festival.

In person and online application submissions should all be completed and fees paid by Friday, March 22 by 5:00 pm.
