Students who view incidents of bullying are encouraged to report them to Lee Academy's administration. If a student is more comfortable reporting in an anonymous format, they can complete this form.

By reporting bullying/cyberbullying/harassing behavior, students can work together with their peers and administration to make Lee Academy a safe place for all. Please report bullying if you experience it yourself, or if you witness it at school, at school events (including sports, extracurricular activities, etc.), on the bus, or online.

Please use this form to report bullying, cyberbullying, or harassment. Once you complete the form, it will be submitted directly to the administrative staff. All reports and any names used in reports are confidential and held in that manner.
