Important information:

Sponsorship applications: All expressions of interests received will be reviewed by a selection panel to ensure any sponsorship aligns with the ethos of our P&C Association and Broadbeach State School. This includes consideration of the business’s products, services, and the industry in which it operates.

Sponsorship package inclusions: Package inclusions are set as outlined in our 2025 brochure. Any balance remaining from sponsorship funds will be re-allocated to other sponsored initiatives and/or pipeline projects, with acknowledgement carried over accordingly.

Public acknowledgement: Sponsorship packages do not include endorsements of any businesses, products, services, etc. from the P & C or BSS. However, businesses will be publicly acknowledged via various public platforms as outlined in our P & C Community Sponsorship brochure.

Payment: Payment for sponsorship packages can be made online via our BSS P & C Square account or by direct deposit into our P & C bank account. As outlined in the BSS P & C Community Sponsorship brochure, P & C Associations in Australia are no longer eligible to be deductible gift recipients (DGR). As such the BSS P & C are unable to issue tax invoices; however, remittance advice will be issued for all payments received. Businesses are responsible for seeking independent financial advice in regard to any potential tax benefits from sponsorships.
