Applicant Guidelines
A complete application MUST include:

1. BOOTH or TRUCK DIAGRAM:
All food vendors are required to include with their application a sketch of their booth setup including location of all critical items like the hand washing area, cooking area, etc.

2. MOBILE RESTAURANT LICENSE (for trucks):

3. LIABILITY INSURANCE:
All vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming CraftWorks Foundation (8001Arista Place, Suite 500, Broomfield, CO 80021) as additional insured showing liability coverage for $1,000,000.00 incidental and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate. This insurance policy must list the following information in the “Additional Insured” box: CraftWorks Foundation and their officers, members, volunteers, staff and agents, the City and County of Colorado Springs, its Elected and Appointed Officials, Employees and Volunteers, the State of Colorado, and the owners of any related property as additional insured's.

4. COLORADO SPRINGS FIRE PERMIT: (Included with your Mobile License)
Food vendors must have a valid Fire Permit from the Colorado Springs Fire Department to do any type of cooking. A Special Events Permit Application from the Colorado Springs Fire Department can be downloaded at https://coloradosprings.gov/fire-department/page/fire-permit-applications-other-documents

Vendor Information
*Please Note: Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

• Tents, canopies, etc. may NOT be staked per the Rules and Regulations of America the Beautiful Park.

• Exhibitors may not leave their assigned booth spaces to sell, solicit or sample food.

• Exhibitors may only sell food approved by Springs Beer Fest.

• The presenter is providing pizza so there will not be a need for any pizza vendors.

• Vendors who are accepted into the Festival will receive, via EMAIL on 7/13/18, an “Information Packet.” The Information Packet provides detailed information regarding Festival policies, load-in/out days and times, instructions and other important information.

REMEMBER: You must include all of the following in order for your application to be complete.

1. A completed application form.

2. Size and photos of set up sent to ryan@tppevents.com

3. Full payment for application fee and booth fees by check made payable to “CraftWorks Foundation”, or completed credit card information.

4. A Full Description of Items to be sold.

5. Certificate of liability insurance with the parameters given.

Liability Release
(a) Vendor shall not bring or allow any article to be brought into or any act done on the Site, which will injure
or deface any part of the Site, nor permit anything to be done by Vendor’s employees, agents, or
representatives by which the Site may in any manner be injured, marred or defaced. Please note that
NO STAKING is allowed in America the Beautiful Park, however, weighting down you tent in some aspect
is highly encouraged.
(b) Vendor assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage, claim, or other injury to any third parties resulting
from or relating to the use of its assigned space on the Site or by Vendor’s employees, agents or
representatives, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Foundation and its employees, agents or
representatives from any and all such loss, damage, claim, injury or other expense relating thereto.
(c) Foundation shall in no way be responsible in any way for damage or loss occasioned by fire, theft, and
accident or otherwise to Vendor’s supplies, materials, or equipment.
(d) The Foundation, its producers, agents or representatives, shall not be responsible for any loss, damage,
claim or other injury to Vendor, Vendor’s employees, agents or representatives, or to any good or property
of the same, whether caused by fire, theft, act of God, accident or any other cause.
(e) The Foundation reserves the right to prevent any Vendor who does not comply with this requirement from
operating. If Vendor is prevented from operating for this reason, the Foundation will not refund any
payments made, nor can the Vendor hold the Foundation responsible for revenue lost during the time
when the Vendor is not operating.
(f) Vendor shall occupy and perform in strict compliance with all laws, ordinances, regulations, governmental
orders including, without limitation, all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations and
governmental orders.
(g) Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Foundation and their respective officers, directors and
employees, from any liability, loss, cost, damage, suits, penalties, claims and demands of every kind and
nature (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements) arising out of, by
reason of, or resulting from (i) Vendor’s breach of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, or
(ii) the use or occupancy of America the Beautiful Park or any business conducted by Vendor therein, or
(iii) any work or thing whatsoever done in or to America the Beautiful Park by Vendor, its employees,
agents, contractors. Licensees and invitees (collectively, “Vendor Representatives”), or (iv) any
conditions created by, or any act, omission, or negligence on the part of Vendor or Vendor’s
Representatives, or (v) any accident, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring in or about
America the Beautiful Park caused by Vendor or any of Vendor’s Representatives. This paragraph shall
survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
(h) Other Restrictions: Vendors agree not to have pets on site.
(i) Vendor shall not bring anyone that is under the age of 21 to the event. This is a 21+ event and therefore
nobody under 21 will be allowed on the fest ground. (For questions or concerns please contact Ryan at

(j) The Foundation reserves the right to stop the sale and/or promotion of services by Vendor. The Foundation
further reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the operation of any Vendor which, in the Foundation’s opinion,
may become objectionable to other Vendors or to the public, or is not suitable or in keeping with the character
of the Foundation.
