Wumaniti Earth Native Sanctuary (WENS) asserts its inherent and protected rights under the Constitution of the United States and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) to:

Possess and Transport WENS Plant Sacraments.

Participate in and Hold Ceremonies, with or without the use of Plant Sacraments.

Cultivate and Grow Plant Sacraments for the exclusive personal use of the WENS member.

Member Responsibility: While WENS operates under the authority of Mother Earth’s laws and established religious freedom acts, law enforcement and the colonial legal system may not always recognize or agree with these rights.

It is the sole responsibility of the member to know these rights and assert them clearly and bravely when navigating conflicts with law enforcement or the legal system. WENS provides the spiritual and organizational shield, but the member must embody the sovereignty of that shield in the physical world.

All contributions, pledges, and monies given to Wumaniti Earth Native Sanctuary are non-refundable. These funds are immediately dedicated to the sustenance of the sanctuary, the care of the animals, and the protection of our sacred mission.
