Conquer Your Queendom Conference - Vendor Form
Thanks for your interest in partaking in our Conquer Your Queendom Conference on Sunday, April 26th HIP at the Flashlight Factory from 10am - 730pm. If your application is accepted, we will notify you a week within form submission. We encourage all vendors to partake in the speakers and panel discussion while at the conference. Each vendor is given one (1) complimentary conference pass with their vendor space. If bringing more than one employee, additional discounted conference passes will be issued at $119 per pass.
Some pre-event vendor details for the event are below, and please fill out the form. Once your application is accepted, you will be sent an invoice to pay for your space. Please complete payment within a week of receiving invoice to secure your spot.
- Each vendor space will have enough room for an 8ft pop-up table + 1-2 chairs (no tents as this is an indoor event)
- Please provide your own tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, serving ware, etc needed for what you plan to serve
- Load in time will start at 730am, you must arrive by 9am to start your load in
- Each vendor space is $150 for non-members of a grlpwrprojects collective (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland), $75 for members or ambassadors of a grlpwrprojects collective (Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland)
- Vendor space payment: An invoice will be sent via PayPal for vendor space payment.
