The Riverside BIA's 2026 Halloween Fest will bring together an exciting and diverse roster of vendors, artists and entertainers and programming on Sunday, October 25th, 2026 in and around Riverside. For more information, please visit riverside-to.com.

Please fill out this Vendor Application form below. The Riverside BIA will be reviewing all applications and selected applicants will receive follow up email with confirmation and payment request. *Please note we are a small non-profit organization and cannot reply to all applicants, other selected applicants will receive communications.

Confirmed vendors will receive a detailed layout with their space positioning, event information, and other key information in advance of the event.

Key Information
*Event Name: Riverside Halloween Fest, 11am-3pm
*Organizer: Riverside BIA
*Location: Riverside Common Park, at 657 Queen Street East in Toronto, ON (closest main intersection is Queen St E/ Broadview Ave)
*Event will be rain or shine - unless there are severe weather warnings in place.  
*Load-In/ Load-out: Vendor arrival will be staggered from 8:30am-10am. Load-out will be 3pm. Event Run Time: 11am-3pm.

Cost of Vendor Spot:
$50 to confirm your 10x10ft space.  When you bring your own equipment (tent, weights, table, chair)
*$125.00 including your 10 x 10 ft space and equipment rental (the BIA will provide: 10x10' tent, weights, 5' table, and chair - including labour for set up and taken down for you).  You cannot participate in the event without a tent and proper tent weights. The Riverside BIA has a limited amount of equipment available for rental (*please see rental option as part of this form).
Please note: Riverside BIA is a non-profit organization so we aim to keep our vendor fees low to be accessible but also at a rate that helps offset our costs of running events (staffing, equipment rental costs, entertainment costs etc). We pride ourselves on being one of the most accessibly priced in Toronto!

Information for Food Vendors:
*If offering fresh/cooked food (other than pre-packaged foods) you are required to review and abide by the City of Toronto Public Health requirements for food service, and may be required to fill out a additional form.

What Riverside BIA will Provide (A lot more than just a vendor spot!)
Permits: We secure and cover the cost for the permits
Staffing Support: We will have staff and volunteers on-site to direct, support, promote, and trouble-shoot.
Promotion: Events will be promoted through various media formats and opportunities before, during and after the event including print and online. Vendors are also encouraged to follow @riverside_bia on Instagram & share content using hashtags #RiversideTO.
Media: Photos & videos will be taken and shared on social media and other platforms. Please share any social media handles as part of this form so we can tag you whenever possible. Should you have an interest in speaking with the media for interviews or other opportunities, please indicate on this form.
