STATEMENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 ET SEQ. OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 *
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 13 et seq. of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of natural persons, as referred to in Article 4 of the aforementioned Regulation, we inform you that your personal data are collected, processed, used and disclosed only for the institutional purposes of ICE Agency, as provided for in art. 14(20) of Legislative Decree no. 98/11 converted into Law no. 111/11 as replaced by art. 22(6) of Legislative Decree no. 201/11 converted into Law no. 214/11, and later modified by art. 2(6 and 7) DL 104/2019 converted into Law n. 132/2019, and for this purpose they will be included in the Central Database (Banca Dati Centrale - BDC) of ICE Agency. Your personal data collected in the BDC may be used to send proposals for participation in other initiatives organized by ICE Agency such as trade fairs, workshops, seminars, training courses, etc., and used to measure customer satisfaction and other surveys related to ICE Agency's activities. The processing will be carried out on paper and/or by computer. The data will be communicated and disclosed to other public entities for compliance with specific legal obligations. The provision of data marked as mandatory is necessary to benefit from the required service, any refusal to provide such information will not allow the provision of such service. The provision of data marked as optional aims exclusively at the possibility of offering you a more personalized service. The data provided may be updated or modified by you through the customer area of the ICE Agency website. We also remind you that you may at any time exercise your rights pursuant to art. 15 and subsequent of EU Regulation 2016/679.
