Please note - any sponsorship; float requests or vehicles you wish to enter into the Parade are evaluated on a case by case basis - so be sure to call Jefferson directly to discuss any elements beyond marching group and band application.

ANNUAL COLUMBUS DAY PARADE
This year's Parade date is Monday, October 8, 2018 - and we thank you for your interest in participating. Please follow the instructions on how to be considered for participation in the Parade.

APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 10, 2018 - AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS:

1) ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Please ensure that this form is completed with all required detail and you hit "Submit" when you reach the end of this form.

2) $50 APPLICATION FEE
Checks payable to Columbus Citizens Foundation may be sent to

All marching groups and bands are required to provide proof of insurance.
