TERMS OF SERVICE:
This commission form is for personal/non-commercial use!

Personal/non-commercial use: You are allowed to show the final commissioned text and stand-alone html or pdf file to others.

YOU MAY NOT RESELL ANYTHING THAT YOU COMMISSIONED FROM ME. YOU MAY NOT TURN ANYTHING THAT YOU COMMISSIONED FROM ME INTO A NFT (non-fungible token), ETH, BITCOIN, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH BLOCKCHAIN. YOU MAY NOT PUT THE COMMISSION INTO ANY TYPE OF GENERATIVE AI PROGRAM OR MACHINE LEARNING PROGRAM!

You retain the rights to have a file (such as a html or pdf file) of the original completed commissioned work. You retain the rights to distribute, upload, and post the original completed stand-alone commissioned work for non-commercial use, such as posting the original completed commissioned work on a website like Fur Affinity or SoFurry.

You do not have the right to post files of Desired Tales as a whole. You are only allowed to post your commissioned work that is in a file that does not contain the other stories in Desired Tales.

I (DesireLines) retain ownership and the rights to the commissioned work. I retain the rights to distribute, upload, and post the commissioned work, including (but not limited to) websites like SubscribeStar, Fur Affinity, and itch.io. I retain the rights to edit the commissioned work.

If you already have rights to a character and you want me to include that character in the commission, then you will retain the rights to that character; and I will have the rights to write about the character in the commission and any future edits to the original commissioned work. I will not write sequels or spin-off games/stories involving the character unless you commission me to and I agree to write it.

If the commissioned work involves a new character, then we both retain the rights to that character, however you retain the rights to that character and its likeness for personal/non-commercial use only while I retain the rights to that character and its likeness for both commercial and personal/non-commercial use. I retain the rights to use that character in any current and future project, including edits to the original completed commissioned work, spin-off games/stories, and sequels. You retain the rights to use that character for personal/non-commercial purposes in any current and future project/work, including stories, games, and artwork. You do not have the rights to use that character for commercial purposes in any current and future project/work. I do not have to ask for your permission for use of that character or likeness in any current or future project/work, including for commercial and personal/non-commercial use. You do not have to ask me for permission to use that character for personal/non-commercial use. I will not share profits for any use of that character/likeness in my commercial and personal/non-commercial projects/works. If you ever wish to use the character or its likeness for any future commercial purposes, then you must ask me for permission, you cannot use that character or its likeness for commercial purposes if I say no, and if I say yes then I must be eligible to receive payment or a percentage of the profits for the use of that character.

If you would like to contact me for commercial use in which you plan to resell my work or you wish to employ me to work on a commercial product, then my rates are different. Commercial inquiries can be emailed and sent to desirelinesgames@gmail.com.

Things I will not do (for personal/non-commercial use commissions):
Characters that are minors (characters that are children, characters that are below the age of 18, etc.)
Diaper
Scat (oral anal scenes are okay as long as they don't mention poop)
Incest (no sex scenes between characters with biological relations and no sex scenes between characters with step family relations. Daddy/pup kinks are okay as long as characters don't have a biological or step family relationship)
Sex scenes with no consent AKA rape scenes
Hypnotism (a character suggesting another character to do something and that second character agrees is okay as long as explicit hypnotism is not involved)
Human plus non-anthro animal sex scene AKA bestiality scenes
Heavy amount of pee/watersports

Heavy amount of violence

Heavy amount of pain

Self-harm AKA character inflicting wounds on self
Anything that involves hateful speech (racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, hate against certain minorities such as persons with disabilities or religious minorities, etc.)
Third-party characters (or third-party species) that are not owned by either of us.

There is no dialogue in the game. None of the characters speak in words.

Are there any specific characters (an OC for example) or generic characters you want in the story? Are the characters named? If a character is named, what is the name? Please describe the characters. You can mention the appearance of the characters (body type, species, sex & gender including pronouns, whether they are wearing clothes and if yes what type of clothes if the details are important), personalities of the characters (and how they would speak in dialogue if they have specific speech patterns), etc. If you have any references (images or writings), you can put the link(s) here. If you don't list any characters, then DesireLines will create the characters that will be used in the story. If you only provide one character and you want a story with sexual content that involves multiple characters (M/M, M/F, F/F, orgy scene, etc.), then DesireLines will create the other characters that will be added to the story.
