Please complete this form to request a Nanny on Call booking.
This service is designed for short-term, ad hoc, recurring, or emergency childcare, ranging from same-day requests up to a maximum of 3 months.

This service does not constitute a permanent or long-term placement. Bookings are flexible, short notice, and subject to nanny availability and client confirmation. Once we receive your request, we will review the details and confirm availability and Nanny details before finalizing.


Important Notice: Scope of Duties – Nanny on Call Service

Please note that the Nanny on Call service is a childcare-focused service.
Full-house domestic duties are not permitted while the nanny is caring for a child. The nanny’s primary responsibility is the child, and she should not be distracted from childcare by additional household expectations.

Permitted domestic duties (in addition to childcare):

  • Cleaning and tidying the kitchen and living area used by the child
  • Cleaning and tidying the child’s bedroom
  • Cleaning and tidying the child’s bathroom
  • Washing and folding the child’s laundry
  • Sterilizing baby bottles and toys
  • Bathing the child
Any additional domestic duties outside of the above fall outside the scope of the Nanny on Call service.

The Norm: Families in general provide food for adhoc services like Bread, spreads, coffee, tea, water or even some left overs from the previous night.
Other families will say, when they make food for the child, they can also make for themselves but families then specify or set aside what is allowed.

Please share the breed type - some nannies will decline the booking for Pitbull's or similar thus its important to know
What access do nannies need to enter your residence *
Are there any taxi ranks or popular taxi drop off sites near your residence - we use this to guide nannies for their first day *
Tip: Some families vouch to collect them on the first booking day at the nearest shopping center to avoid delays, this is welcomed and can be arranged by My Nanny. Thereafter, they will know the way. However this is not a must.
Do you understand and agree that nannies may not be held responsible for administering medication?

Should you choose to request or permit a nanny to administer medication, this will be done entirely at your own risk. In such cases, you agree to provide the nanny with written consent and clear, detailed written instructions, including the date and your signature.

If a nanny works beyond 17h and is not staying overnight, do you agree to ensure that she arrives home safely?

This includes providing safe transport arrangements via a Bolt ride or a drop-off at the nearest taxi rank if its before 18h. Drop-offs after 18h at taxi ranks are unsafe for females. In this industry we are particularly aware of how many incidents woman are vulnerable to after hours. We truly appreciate your understanding cooperation and support to help them feel safe when they work after hours at your request/convenience. 

The daily wages invoiced, only covers the standard fees of public transport like a taxi or a bus.
