Phoenix Gymnastics - Individual Lessons
Step 1: Fill out the following form so our coaches can plan your IN-PERSON lesson.
Step 2: Click the registration link after submitting the form to select your days and times!
Participant Name (multiple siblings attending the same lesson, please list all participants here)
Participant Age (multiple siblings attending the same lesson, please list all ages here)
Active Start (Preschool 2-5yrs)* one parent/guardian MUST attend until child receives the "SuperFIVE" for independent learning readiness.
Beginner Gymnastics - All Apparatus (Badges 1-4) 6yrs+
Intermediate/Advanced CanGYM - All Apparatus (Badges 5+) 7yrs+
CanJUMP (trampoline, double mini trampoline & tumbling) 8yrs+
Tumbling for Cheer/dance (please indicate tumbling goals) - All Ages
Cross training for other sports (please indicate sport experience) - All Ages
Adult GymFIT (18yrs+ no experience necessary)
Teen GymFIT (12-17yrs no experience necessary)
Desired Lesson Length
90 Minutes (please contact us after submitting your form so we can assist your registration). Not recommended for beginners.
Main Goal for Lessons
Get fit, and have fun! Burn off some energy!
Work to achieve a badge/level (6yrs+ only)
Learn/try something new - I don't have any experience.
Work towards specific skill goals (please indicate below)
Refine technique and improve existing skill set (please indicate below)
