Customers acknowledge and consent to the following terms when placing an order:
1. By placing an order, you grant us authorization to proceed with the purchase.
2. Returns or order cancellations are subject to a 20% fee, with a 40% restocking fee for grocery items if requested within 5 days of the order. Credits will be issued for future purchases.
3. Refunds will be processed via wire transfer to the same bank account.
4. In the event of defects or the shipment of incorrect items, customers have a 10-business-day window after receiving the goods to request a return. Customers are responsible for shipping the goods back to our warehouse, and we will issue a 100% refund.
