Reminders:
- Cut off for Disbursement Requests is April 19th 2024.
- The items requested here should be for "bigger ticket items" or one-time expenses. (*See below) If you're looking for a change in Budget Lines, please fill out that form separately.
- These are to be paid out in the 2024-25 school year budget (Fiscal year begins July 2024).
- Not all requests will be approved.
- If you have quotes or attachments to accompany your requests, please email those to BOTH president@ccepta.org & treasurer@ccepta.org AFTER you've filled out this form.
- If your request involves adding/changing something to our campus, those will need to pass through Mrs. Baker & Mary Linda to check with district before being submitted to us. Please copy president@ccepta.org on those emails.

* We are hoping that the need to submit for disbursements for everyday classroom/office items has been significantly diminished since since increasing staff's beginning of year reimbursements that are now built into our yearly budget line items.
