This year, we observe the 10th Anniversary of the National Latina Equal Pay Campaign, taking place on October 8, 2025. The National Latina Equal Pay Campaign is led by Justice for Migrant Women, the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement and Equal Pay Today in partnership with hundreds of organizations each year to observe the pay gap that exists for Latinas.
In 2024, Latinas across industries and sectors were paid 54 cents to the dollar paid to white men. Latinas working full time, year round were paid 58 cents to the dollar paid to white men. We created this national day of action to raise awareness about the fact that Latinas are still being paid just over half of what white, non-Hispanic males are being paid for the same work.
