Tattoo Consultation Form
To schedule an appointment I require a $40-$100 deposit that goes toward the cost of the tattoo. An in person consultation is required for larger/custom pieces. Please fill out the form below or text 909-646-2445 for more information.

FAQ
How long will my tattoo take?
      - It all depends on the complexity of the tattoo. Larger/ more intricate pieces may require multiple sessions.  

Can you send me a picture of my design?
    - No. I will not start the design until a deposit is collected. The design will only be seen the day of to avoid any plagiarism. Any and all adjustments will also be made the day of your appointment to avoid any miscommunication.

How much will my tattoo cost?
     - The consultation is free. During your consultation you will receive an accurate price quote. Depending on complexity the price may vary.  If we choose to move forward and book an appointment there will be a non-refundable deposit around $40-100 that goes towards the overall cost of your tattoo and also guarantees your spot on my schedule. My minimum rate is $100. 

When is the soonest I can get my appointment?
    - If you reach out today, you'll likely get your in-person consultation booked within a few days to a week. I am typically booked up 1-2 months at a time to make sure I allow myself adequate time for my current clients.  When I do have free time for a walk-in I post a story on my Instagram page.

Cancellation Policy: I have a very strict cancellation policy as I value my time and my art. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without ANY notice you will forfeit your deposit. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will also forfeit your deposit. If you do choose to reschedule you will be asked for another deposit. Please note, I am VERY understanding of illness and emergencies as long as you communicate with me. *
