Note that we receive a high volume of requests for our events, therefore it may not be possible to accept all applications, even if you have been accepted for a previous event.
If you are unsuccessful in your application, you are of course welcome to attend the event as a spectator or participant to look around, however you would only have access to public areas for the event.
Please complete a separate application for each person attending.
Industry passes are for the named holder only and may not be transferred. All members of a particular company will require their own pass.
Industry passes are given on a spectator basis unless otherwise agreed and do not give access into any of the event tournaments, a participant ticket should be purchased for those activities.
Industry passes do not give access to any staff areas (including production/casting areas and other 'back stage' sections) without specific permission from the event management team
epic.LAN does not accept any responsibility for any equipment belonging to industry pass holders
Industry passes may be revoked at any point should any of these terms not be adhered to

Except for the storage of your data here on Google Drive and use of any epic.LAN mailing systems to contact you (e.g. Office 365 and Mailchimp), we will not share your data with other companies without your explicit consent.
