Our technology helpdesk has moved!
Please visit our new URL to submit a ticket. The new system (called Vorex) uses a Single Sign On token which connects to our Microsoft 365 system.
When you see the screen below, enter the username portion of your email (everything before the @ symbol).
You will then be redirected to our Microsoft 365 account portal to login using your computer username (full email address) and password.
If you have trouble logging into the new system, you may, as a last resort email techsupport@earlimart.org to generate a new ticket. However, this will delay our response as these tickets need to be assigned manually at this time.
As always, we encourage you to use the helpdesk system to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
This particular form will be deactivated on 8/30/2022. Please start using the new system immediately and update any bookmarks if you have them linked to this form.
