Welcome to the Venado Elective Course Requests Form. Whether your child will be returning to Venado as an 8th grader or will be attending as a new 7th grader, we are eager and excited to work with you and your child next year. Please read and review all registration documents, including the Course Descriptions 2017-2018 document, prior to completing this form. It is important that you select three choices for elective courses. We will try our best to accommodate one of your three choices. All required fields (designated with a "*") must be completed to navigate from page to page and to submit the form on the last page. Please carefully double check all selections before submitting this form. This document will be "live" and accepting course requests from April 10 - April 21 for incoming 8th graders, and April 26 - May 12 for incoming 7th graders. Please only submit this document once.
