Whether you're helping string up bunting, guiding excited audiences, or supporting rising performers get on stage, volunteering at StourJam means being part of something electric, inclusive, and deeply meaningful.

Founded with a passion for live music and local talent, StourJam brings together independent artists, school performers, families, and charities in a vibrant showcase of sound and soul. From hidden gems to household favourites, every act contributes to a festival that values heart just as much as talent, and we need YOU to help make it happen. 

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds who share our values of creativity, kindness, and community spirit. You don’t need to be a music expert or seasoned festival-goer - just bring your energy, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck in!

The festival is based in Stourport-on-Severn in Worcestershire, England. 

We're especially excited to hear from you if:

  • You love working with people and making others feel welcome. 
  • You're up for helping with set-up, clean-up, or behind-the-scenes action
  • You're willing to learn new skills - like setting up a PA system (you will be trained).
  • You have an interest in music, events, or local outreach. 
  • You can stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. 
  • You care about making events safe, inclusive, and accessible.
