Thanks for your interest in becoming a member of Streatham Common Community Garden.
Our membership scheme is a way to get more people involved in the garden and to increase
the level of involvement of existing friends. We think it’s essential that all of our members
have a say in the future of the garden. We will provide regular opportunities for you to share
your ideas and you will be invited to attend our annual AGM.

Our membership scheme is also a way to create a network of local people who are interested
in sustainability and who are committed to improving biodiversity and growing organic food.
We will provide opportunities for you to meet other members through volunteer sessions
and other events.

Your membership fee will contribute to the running costs of the garden such as gardening
equipment, refreshments for volunteers and publicity. Free membership will be awarded to
anyone who volunteers at the garden on a regular basis (i.e., at least once per month or 10
times per year). Regular volunteers should fill in the membership form to apply.

membership records and will use them to contact you regarding any matter related to
membership. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
