Remote Learning Commitment
Parents, if you want your child to participate in REMOTE LEARNING, please complete this form by July 13. Your child's name will be given to your school's principal. You will still need to complete registration paperwork at your home school. You will receive further information regarding remote learning as we apporoach the start of school on August 13. We need a separate form for EACH child who will be participating in remote learning. Thank you!
