Helping Families with Diabetes since 2006
The Glenn's Helping Hand Foundation is a non profit organization that provides funding, supplies and opportunities to those in NL living with Type 1 diabetes.

The Glenn’s Helping Hand Foundation was founded in 2006.
Roxanne Weinheber (past president) wanted to hold a golf tournament in memory of her nephew, Glenn, who passed away suddenly the year prior.

The proceeds of the golf tournament would go to helping those who needed financial assistance while dealing with diabetes. Glenn’s unfortunate passing was related to an un-diagnosed condition, associated with diabetes.

The Glenn's Helping Hand Foundation in partnership with Brett's Stand for Diabetes, have committed to helping diabetic school aged children and youth in the province with a diabetic emergency kit.

If you are interested in receiving an emergency diabetic kit that your child can bring to school please click NEXT to complete the form below. Items that may be included within the kit are: Glucometer, lancets, test strips, dex tabs, alcohol swabs, candy, etc.
