CSCW'25 Northeast Meet Up RSVP
We are organizing CSCW NE 2025, an informal in-person regional gathering for people interested in computer supported collaborative work and social computing who are unable to attend the full CSCW conference in Norway. Come participate, discuss, and — if you have an accepted CSCW 2025 paper — present your work with us! There will be panels, paper presentations, lightning talks, and unconference sessions. A schedule will be released and shared in the coming weeks.

We do encourage folks who are able to attend CSCW in Norway to do so because the chairs have put a lot of effort into organizing the conference.

ℹ️ GENERAL INFORMATION

The first section of this survey collects general information.

The second section is specifically for individuals who have at least one accepted submission at CSCW 2025 but cannot attend the conference in person in Norway. If that’s you, we invite you to volunteer to participate in one of our panels.

We’ll also ask whether you had an accepted workshop or panel that you are now unable to attend in person. In those cases, we are working to organize larger, consolidated sessions.

If you are attending CSCW 2025 in Norway but would still like to be a panel participant, we’d be happy to include you—please fill out your information. However, we will prioritize participation opportunities for those unable to travel to Norway.
