We have limited space available in the hotel, and there are no shell schemes.  In order to maximise number of exhibitors we prefer you to have a single stand which is approx 2m/6' square with a small 'breathing' space either side.  These stands cost £93.  We have a very limited number of double stands, some in corners of rooms (obviously limited!) which cost £186.  Please indicate below size of stand required.  we also offer 2x smaller stands for new businesses trading less than 2years at a discounted price.  If this is you, please write more details in the further information slot!
Please provide details of how you are likely to be setting up your stand, eg, preference of wall or not (not guaranteed), where your table is positioned, preferred shape of gridwall, (U, straight or L etc.).   Please confirm the height of any display items you will be bringing.  Describe in words here:  (you can also attach a photo of previous stands as described below)
Tables and chairs are free, please state the Tables required (there is a limited amount of 6' tables, you can bring your own).

IMAGES VERY IMPORTANT - Please send as many pictures as you like - logo, products, and current stand layout, and include one square photo/logo for website and brochure.  Your pictures will help us decide on your application, this is essential. These should be sent via wetransfer.com, please name your images and send as a complete folder with your business name as the folder name to diana@walthamabbeywoolshow.co.uk  DO NOT send as attachments - Thank you - If you need help to do this please contact Diana. (There is a 2GB limit, if you have more, send as two folders.)
Our show has more applicants than places available.  This section is for you to say why you should be chosen for our show.   What is your USP, are you a new exhibitor,  do you have a product launch, are you able to do a workshop etc. please see our website for more details of how we choose applicants (walthamabbeywoolshow.co.uk/selection-process)
If chosen, we will have access to exhibiting space to set up from 7pm - 9pm Sat and  accommodation is available in the hotel, please indicate if you would be interested in unloading/setting up on Saturday.
