Welcome to the Tazuz Beach Volleyball League this Summer 2024 equipment registration form. By filling out this form, you're signing up your team for the league.The team captain will be in charge and act as the intermediary between our staff and the team.

4 VS 4 games, mixed in genders. We highly recommend gathering at least 5 players to have substitutes!

May 2024 - General Information:

- Season Time: Beginning on August 7th - August 28th

- ⁠Game Days: Wednesday Nights 18:45 to 20:45

- ⁠Game Duration: Best of 3 sets at 15 points or 25 minutes

- ⁠The team's participation fee is 550 NIS.

- ⁠Registration deadline: Sunday, Sunday 4th of August

Registration Procedure

1. The Team Captain must fill out the "Teams" registration form, acting as the team's representative.
2. The captain will receive an email and will be responsible for distributing the "Individual" registration forms to the team members.
3. Each team member must complete the "Individual" registration form, providing detailed information.
4. Team members must complete the individual form before the league's start date, and Tazuz's representatives will ensure the process is completed.
5. The team captain is responsible for collecting and paying the team's fees. Tazuz will prominently display participation fee information on its website, app, and registration forms.
6. Captains must make a single payment. (One-transaction). We dont accept coins.
