Seminar Prep
a) Wear comfortable exercise clothing
b) Remove ALL Jewelry (safety reasons)
c) Remove any metal objects from hair
d) Tie hair back away from eyes & face
e) Bring water bottle
f) You may find use for a notebook & pen
g) Arrive 10-15 minutes early
