Covenant Life Church Media Policy
Covenant Life Church would like to share media items (still images and video) recorded at our various ministry activities, events and programs in materials including, but not limited to, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, and on the church website. Accordingly, participation in church activities implies permission for publication of any media unless a Photo Release Opt Out Form is submitted and on file with the church. This applies to anyone who attends Covenant Life Church except minors. Anyone under the age of 18 years will automatically be omitted from any publicized media.

If you would like to opt out of the media policy as outlined above, please complete and submit the Photo Release Opt Out Form below.

Note: While the completion of this Opt-Out Form removes the church's permission to feature the listed person(s) in any publicized media, Covenant Life Church cannot guarantee the person's omission from large, orchestrated group photos. It is the responsibility of the individual(s) to remove themselves from the group at the time that the group photo is being taken. Additionally, this Opt-Out Form does not remove the church's permission to feature the listed person(s) in private social media spaces, e.g. the private Covenant Life Church MN Facebook Group.
