We strongly recommend that all attendees obtain accreditation to make the most of their festival experience, however this is not a requirement for staying with us.

Please note that there are 2 steps into the main building by which you will access the Sanctuary. There is also a lift to the apartment, however access to the roof terrace is by a tight winding staircase.

Do you smoke or vape?

A designated outdoor smoking area will be available on the roof terrace for guests who wish to smoke/vape. 

Smoking or Vaping in rooms is strictly prohibited. 

Please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished in the ash trays provided.

Please note that smoking any illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in or around the apartment.

Do you agree to the House Rules?
By staying at She Sanctuary, you agree to abide by the following villa rules to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests:

General Rules
Visitors, including male visitors, are only permitted at designated times with the Host’s approval. No overnight guests are allowed.
No loud music. Please be mindful of noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM to respect all guests.
Respect the neighbours. The apartment is in a quiet residential area.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the apartment.
A designated outdoor smoking area is provided. Cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of properly in the ashtrays provided.

Hot Tub and Sauna
All rules outlined by the apartment hosts must be followed.
No glassware or food allowed.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Any use of these facilities is at your own risk.

Security & Access
Access is by code for both the exterior door and the apartment door.
Do not share the access code with anyone who is not a registered guest.

Care & Responsibilities
Respect the apartment and its furnishings.
If you break something, inform us immediately and do not discard any broken pieces without our consent.
A house cleaner will provide breakfast and general cleaning, but guests are expected to keep communal areas tidy and not leave excessive washing up or mess.

Keep your own space clean. Beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms should be maintained in a tidy condition.
Excessive mess left upon checkout may result in a £50 additional cleaning fee, deducted from your deposit.
Any damages caused will be deducted from your deposit. If the cost exceeds your deposit, you agree to cover the difference.

Personal Belongings & Safety
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please take care of your belongings.
Use electricity sockets safely. Only use appropriate adapters and do not overload sockets.

Food
Do not take food from the Host’s designated area in the fridge or cupboards.
You may store your own food in the fridge or cupboards.
Do not consume others’ food without permission.

Shared Spaces
Respect others’ privacy. Do not enter others’ rooms without permission.
Be mindful of your roommates. If you return late, please keep noise to a minimum.

Respect for Shared Facilities
Laundry facilities should be used responsibly.
Bathroom courtesy: Do not leave personal items scattered in shared bathrooms. Dispose of sanitary products properly. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Please take care to avoid flooding the bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own designated bathroom. In addition, there is a shared WC for all guests.
Please ask before using another resident’s bathroom.

Gatherings
During the stay, the Host plans to organise a small number of gatherings on the terrace. Residents are welcome to attend if they wish.

Residents must check with the Host before bringing any visitors to the apartment. 

Additional Apartments
In some cases, the Host may arrange additional nearby apartments. Residents staying in these apartments may be invited to use the terrace and join us for breakfast at the Sanctuary, this is at the Host’s discretion.

Guest Conduct
Bullying, arguing, or hostility will not be tolerated.
Alcohol should be consumed responsibly.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Guests found engaging in illegal activities will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

The Host reserves the right to remove any resident who violates the house rules, engages in bullying or hostile behaviour, or breaks local laws. Eviction in these circumstances will be immediate and without refund.

All guests are expected to be considerate, respectful, and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Terms and Conditions

Accommodation Details
The apartment consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate WC. Unless booking for sole occupancy, you will be placed in a shared room with another guest. If you have any specific rooming preferences or requirements, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them where possible.

Residents must adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided by the Host.

Cancellations and Festival Disruptions
The Host is not liable for any cancellations, changes, or disruptions to planned activities, including events, workshops, parties, or the Cannes Film Festival itself, whether caused by the festival organisers, government restrictions, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond the Host’s control.

The apartment is hired through a third-party provider. Any refunds will only be issued if and when a refund is received from that provider. All payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, eviction, or otherwise.

If a guest can no longer attend, their place may be transferred to another approved applicant at the Host’s discretion.

Eligibility and Eviction
Applicants with a criminal record (other than traffic violations) will not be permitted to stay.

The Host reserves the right to evict any guest for violating house rules, bringing unauthorised visitors, engaging in illegal activity, or behaving in a way that disrupts the shared living environment. Eviction in these circumstances will be immediate and without refund.

The Host reserves the right to move residents to a comparable alternative property if necessary.

Liability Disclaimer
The Host does not provide public liability or travel insurance for residents. All residents are required to have their own valid travel and health insurance for the duration of their stay.

By staying at the property, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur during your stay, including but not limited to the use of the facilities, hot tub, sauna, stairs, communal areas, or the consumption of any food.

Residents are responsible for their own safety and must use all facilities at their own discretion and risk.

The Host will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

By submitting this form and confirming your stay, you agree to release the Host from any liability related to your stay at the property.

Included Membership and Promotional Opportunities
The stay may include additional benefits such as She Squad membership, networking opportunities, and promotional features, including the members’ spotlight in The Hollywood Reporter or similar publications.

These benefits are offered as added value and are subject to availability, editorial approval, sponsor agreements, and scheduling. The accommodation fee relates solely to the stay itself, and changes, delays, or cancellation of these additional benefits will not be grounds for refunds or compensation.

Payment Terms
A deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirming your place.

Final payments must be made by 20th March 2026.
A fully refundable security deposit of £100 must be paid by May 6th.

The £100 security deposit may be used to cover excessive cleaning fees, damages, or other costs resulting from a breach of the house rules.

Due to strict deadlines for apartment payments, late payments may result in your place being forfeited, with the room offered to another guest. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

Payment details will be provided upon successful application. Payments are preferred by bank transfer to Faithful Films LTD. Please request details if you wish to pay by credit or debit card. Any processing, transaction, currency conversion, or foreign exchange fees must be covered by the resident. The amount received by the Host must match the agreed payment in full.
