Wellsville Local Schools 2020-2021 School Year Learning Survey
As the Wellsville Local School prepares for the 2020-2021 School Year, we would like to hear from our Tiger families. This short survey has been developed to gain your insight on traditional and distance learning. This information will allow us to make the most informed decision for our families while providing our students and families with the safest most effective learning environment in the fall.
Please know we are busy determining logistics for our fall return and value your assistance in completing this survey. We also appreciate your patience as we work to formulate our return-to-school plan that offers the most effective social, emotional, and educational needs for our kids and families, while remaining compliant with state and local health department direction and guidance.

I want my child to attend school on campus with recommendations of health protocols in place. This includes adjustments to the school day that may need to be made in accordance with social distancing and safety.
I want my child to continue distance learning at home.
I would be open to having my child participate in hybrid learning, time on school campus and time at home distance learning.
If hybrid learning takes place, part time face to face and part time distance learning, I have a plan for child care.
