Thanks for thinking of us! We love supporting our community!

We receive a TON of donation requests and LOVE every group we work with. However, we have limited resources and cannot help every group who makes a request. We want to make the biggest impact we can with each donation, so we have put together this form to help you give us the information we need to make a decision.

Donation requests are reviewed during the first week of the month. We will let you know whether your application was successful by the 15th. The deadline for donation requests is the last day of the month. Here's a summary of our deadlines and notifications:

PLEASE NOTE: Donation request forms filled out in October, November, and December will be reviewed in January.

Important notes as you submit your request:
* All donation requests must be submitted via this form. We will not review requests made via email.
* You must be able to pick up your donation at one of our upcoming markets or HQ by appointment.
* Read the deadlines and notification dates carefully to ensure you get your donation in time for your event
