I usually follow up within a few hours, but sometimes it takes up to a full day depending on my client load. If I think that we may be a good fit to work together based on your application, I'll email you to say hello and share a link to my calendar where you can book yourself in at a time that's convenient to you.

During that call, I'll ask you some health and history questions and probe deeper into your goals. If we determine that you're a good fit for my program, I'm happy to talk about it then. If not, no problem.
