POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Landscape Install CREW:  Part-Time (2-3 days M-F)
- Landscape Maintenance CREW:  Full-time (M-F)
- Landscape Maintenance TEAM LEAD / HORTICULTURE SPECIALIST:  Full-time (M-F)

PLEASE NOTE:  We are NOT a mowing / lawncare company.  All of our positions are for ornamental landscaping - working directly with plants such as perennials, shrubs and small trees on residential and commercial properties.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
CREW POSITIONS: 
  • Any ornamental plant knowledge or experience.  We are happy to train the right person without much professional experience as long as you have a sincere interest in plants and landscaping.
  • Have or be able to obtain a Nebraska Commercial Pesticide Applicators License (we will provide study materials and testing information upon hire)
  • Valid drivers license AND clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • UPON HIRE:  Able to learn to operate a pickup truck with trailer (gooseneck or bumper hitch)
  • Dependable, timely, motivated & friendly with great customer service skills

TEAM LEAD POSITIONS:
  • At least 2 years of professional, ornamental landscaping / horticulture experience is REQUIRED for Team Lead positions. 
  • Valid drivers license AND clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Experienced with driving and backing pickup truck with trailer (gooseneck or bumper hitch)
  • Have or be able to obtain a Nebraska Commercial Pesticide Applicators License (we will provide study materials and testing information upon hire)
  • Excellent people skills / able to effectively and professionally lead and train team members
  • Dependable, timely, motivated & friendly with great customer service skills

Please note, due to the nature of our business, our insurance requires you to be 18 years or older to work on our landscape crews.
