Fall 2022 Fitmotivation Satisfaction Survey
As you are aware, we launched an updated platform in September 2022. Yes, there were many glitches as this was the biggest upgrade we did since the sites original launch in 2014. We have remedied many of the glitches but based on customer support inquiries and social media posts, it has come to our attention that many people are struggling with navigating the new site.
