Teacher Compensation
Teachers will be compensated $15 per hour for scheduled in-class time. To be eligible, classes must:
1. be approved by leads of the station hosting.
2. include tool/skill training specific to an area.
3. have a minimum of two students.

For classes with at least four students, compensation increases to $20 per hour.

Teachers can choose to be paid or not. In lieu of pay,  a teacher can choose to apply their pay into a discretionary fund for their area.
Does your class meet the above requirements to qualify for teacher compensation? *
If yes, what would you like to do with your teacher compensation? *
To be paid by Spark Makerspace we require that Spark has a W9 on file. To accept pay from spark please fill out your W9 here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf and email it to casey@sparkmakerspace.org.
To receive compensation, the class must have at least two students attend. A class with one student can still run, but the teacher (or area) will not be compensated. Are you willing to donate your time to teach the class even if you have one student? *
If no ticket sales will be scheduled to end a week before class starts so there is time to cancel if only one student signs up.
How far in advance would you like ticket sales to end?  *
