I, as a volunteer, understand that my service at Madina Institute and Masjid is voluntary, and I can deactivate my account at any time, ending my volunteer services.

I, the volunteer, understand that I am responsible for my own insurance coverage for any harm, whether bodily or otherwise, that may occur while volunteering, and I waive any rights to hold Madina Institute and Masjid liable for any injuries.

Madina Institute and Masjid make no guarantees about the information's accuracy or third-party rights.

This Agreement doesn't cover information in the public domain or received from third parties without confidentiality obligations.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and I understand that any breach may lead to legal consequences.
