Pandemic Mobility Support Program
The Pandemic Mobility Support Program was created in an effort to support people in Portland who need to make critical trips during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) provided organizations with free travel coupons to distribute to the communities they serve including frontline workers, patients, seniors, people with disabilities and others needing to make critical trips. With the help of community organizations, we distributed over 10,000 coupons in Portland from June 2020 through October 2020.
