Welcome Parents and Guardians to United Way's 2023 Kindergarten Countdown Camp (KCC) with Dinwiddie County Public Schools in partnership with United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg. KCC is a four week program from June 20 to June 29, 2023 and July 10 to July 20 from 8:30 AM-2:30 PM at Sutherland Elementary School. Kindergarten Countdown Camp is a free summer learning program for rising kindergarten students with limited to no preschool experience. Taught by licensed teachers, Kindergarten Countdown Camp prepares students and their parents for a successful start in kindergarten.

By registering for this free program, your family will have access to:
•A parent event covering kindergarten readiness topics (June 12, 2023 from 5:30 to 7 pm)
•Kindergarten Readiness skills for your child in the school setting of Sutherland Elementary School
•A backpack full of school supplies and books for your student
•Breakfast, lunch and transportation
