Individual 4-H members may compete if there are more than 4 from a state, or if a state does not have a team. Individuals only should sign up under the 4-H individual class - team members are automatically included in individual rankings.

Participants may compete individually in FFA, open or honors classes.

Teams of 3 or 4 individuals may be entered in divisions as listed in contest rules.
