How many books will Tamworth, NH read this summer?
Cook Memorial Library and Chocorua Public Library are teaming up to count how many books Tamworth reads this summer. Readers of all ages are invited to count how many books they read between June 21 and August 17. Tamworth residents, seasonal residents, and summer visitors are invited to participate.

Fill out this form each time you finish a book, and we'll add a penny to the Summer Reading jar for you. Or, if you prefer, you may stop in the Cook Memorial Library or the Chocorua Public Library to drop a penny or other coin into the Summer Reading jar for each book read. Whichever way you choose to let us know how many books you read, please make sure only one coin is added for each book.

After August 17, the coins collected at both libraries will be counted and totaled. How many coins will tell how many books Tamworth read as a community, and the total amount of money collected will be used to pay for a party for Tamworth readers during the last two weeks of August, date, time and place to be determined. The more books read, the bigger the party!
