IEEE SMC 2017 Brain Hackathon: Student Competition
This is the online application form for the IEEE SMC 2017 Brain Hackathon Student Competition for undergraduate and high school students. NOTE: Applications are now only open to local students (undergraduate and high school students in Alberta).

Please note that in order for your application to be complete, you must submit the following:

1) The online application form, including a 500 word essay about why you want to participate in the Brain Hackathon.
2) A PDF copy of your unofficial transcript, emailed to bmi.student.comp@gmail.com.
3) A one-page letter of recommendation from a faculty member at your school, emailed to bmi.student.comp@gmail.com.

The recommendation letter should address why the student should be selected for participation in the Brain Hackathon. Recommendation letters may be sent after this form is submitted, but they must be received before the application deadline of June 15, 2017.
