There are currently three (3) vacancies for UUP Buffalo Center Professional staff on the Chapter’s College Review Panel, as well as a need for someone from this group of three individuals to serve as Chair of the Committee. 

As a result, the Chapter is seeking Professional staff members interested in becoming a part of this group and their interest in serving as Chair. Please read the committee description and responsibilities below regarding the composition of the committee, the anticipated work of the Panel, and a form to fill out if you are interested in serving.  The Chair will be responsible for calling the committee together and facilitating meetings when there is a need for it to review salary increases and promotions.

As a reminder, Panel members must be current Professional staff members.

College Review Panel

Per Appendix A 28 of the contract:

(1) review applications for promotions of the type defined in Section II, Paragraph C(2) and make decisions and recommendations with respect to such applications in accordance with appropriate provisions of Paragraph E(2); and (2) review applications for salary increases resulting from a permanent and significant increase in duties and responsibilities which are not accompanied by a change in title or rank.

The time commitment for this group is based on the number, volume, and timing of received applications. please fill out this form no later than Friday, July 31, 2025.
