What does an info session look like?Info sessions are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6-8PM on the Georgia Tech campus. You may use the two hours however you wish. Most info sessions start with a 30-60min presentation followed by time for networking. This is the usual, however we always welcome more interactive or creative information sessions!
Pricing options:-Information Session ($500) -- With this option, IISE takes care of all logistics including room reservations and marketing. You will be responsible for providing catering.
-Information Session Plus Catering ($700) -- This option covers the same items, but in addition, we arrange catered food for attendees. If you are a sponsor, food will be provided by GT IISE at your event.
How do I sign up?First, check our calendar for our availability. Be sure to note holidays and breaks. The earliest date to hold an info session is Thursday, August 22, 2019. The latest date is Thursday, November 14, 2019.
Select three dates that are good for you and open on our calendar. All dates are first come first served. To apply for an information session, complete this form. List your selected dates when prompted. Additionally, please fill out the rest of the form as completely as you are able. The more specific you are with the details in the later parts of this form, the better we are able to promote your information session!
