Activo COVID-19 Self Assessment
The continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada has understandably raised concerns for our employees. At Activo Inc., the well-being and safety of our employees, subcontractors, and customers is our top priority.

We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to continue to focus on this virus, as well as maintain a safe and healthy environment for our employees, subcontractors, and customers moving forward as this situation continues to evolve.

To that end we have provided this tool to allow employee's and subcontractors perform a simple self assessment on their health prior to entering any Activo or Customer sites.

Should you answer "Yes" to any of the following questions you must not enter any Activo or Customer site. You should immediately contact your Activo Manager or Project Contact and let them know you have answered "Yes" to one of these questions. Then promptly return home to self isolate for 14 days and if necessary, contact a physician.
