ACHS Announcement Request Form
All requests for announcements must be submitted electronically to make the AM or PM broadcast. Requests must be made no later than 7:50 AM for the AM broadcast or by 2 PM for PM broadcast.

Guidelines
1. Must be submitted by the 7:50 AM or 2 PM deadlines.
2. Requests cannot exceed a total of 5 days and may be re-submitted as needed.
3. Requests must be SHORT and CONCISE. They will be edited as necessary.
4. Complete all necessary fields for the request to be submitted.
5. A separate request must be submitted for each announcement (no double announcements on a form)
6. Coaches please use this form for days when students are released early for sports.
